Tab Betts and Tab Betts Photography retains all copyrights to all images created during client’s session. A print release will be given upon request with digital files to print portraits for personal use. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits and/or submitting to magazines or contests, selling or altering of your images without the photographer’s written permission. It is illegal (and just not cool) to screen shot, copy, download, print, share, alter, or otherwise steal any image created by Tab Betts or Tab Betts Photography during client’s photo session and/or not give proper credit when doing so. This applies to sneak peek images shared on Facebook and/or images posted in an online gallery. If client steals images via any method listed above, or any other method, client can/will be invoiced for the cost of EACH digital image client has stolen, at photographer’s current price per digital file, which is $15.00. Please keep in mind that all computer screens vary in color calibration and are edited to a style that represents Tab Betts and Tab Betts Photography artistic vision. Photographer will have final say regarding the aesthetic judgment and artistic quality of images and will not edit beyond the scope of reality when it comes to client wishes on physical appearance.
